What you will do

• Partner with data engineers to design and construct transformation layers as a single source of truth for downstream users.
• Own end-to-end delivery of insights from requirement gathering to data modeling, dashboards, and self-service tools.
• Act as technical partner to business users, translating requirements into scalable automated solutions.
• Develop artifacts with actionable insights and data narratives to influence corporate strategy.
• Design and implement core business metrics for automated reporting and self-serve deep-dive capabilities.
• Integrate software engineering best practices like versioning, modularity, and testing into data models and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in technical engineering and/or analytics capacity.
• Proven ability to build production-grade models in cloud data lakehouse environments (Databricks or Snowflake).
• Deep expertise in visualization and self-service tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Ability to engage directly with business users to drive data-informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proactive self-starter with strong ownership, analytical mindset, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer acquisition or sales funnel analytics.
• Prior experience in Real Estate industry or other market-driven domains.
