What you will do

• Own strategy and quarterly/annual planning (OKRs, QBRs) for Physical Security, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
• Translate physical security initiatives into measurable business outcomes and integrated KRIs for enterprise dashboards.
• Build scalable operating systems, including reporting, service catalogs, and governance, for executive visibility into risk and capacity.
• Evaluate risk and return across the Physical Security portfolio, leading budget and vendor strategy.
• Drive cross-functional execution of complex, multi-region initiatives.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to increase operational leverage.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 8+ years in strategy, operations, risk, or security; 5+ years at senior manager level in tech, security, or financial services.
• Security domain fluency in physical security ops and risk (GSOC, EP, threat intel).
• Proven ability to quantify risk/return and communicate tradeoffs to executives with imperfect data.
• Experience designing and scaling OKRs, QBRs, KRIs, and governance frameworks.
• Ability to responsibly use generative AI tools in daily workflows to drive efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or other highly regulated industries.
• Background in consulting, corporate strategy, or security program management.
• Experience in executive leadership support (Chief of Staff or strategy lead).
• Experience applying ERM frameworks to security and technology risk.
