Location: Hybrid in New York, United States. Option to work from almost anywhere for up to 90 days per year.

Salary: $190K – $280K

What you will do

• Lead deployment, configuration, and implementation of compliance and blockchain analytics solutions for enterprise customers.
• Facilitate customer onboarding, enablement sessions, and tailored advisory services on crypto transaction monitoring, risk typologies, and regulations.
• Own engagement management, track milestones, provide updates on progress, issues, and risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams for smooth handovers and product feedback.
• Contribute to improving delivery methodologies, stay updated on crypto compliance trends, and develop internal knowledge content.

Requirements

• Willing and able to work on-site with customers in New York to support project delivery and build relationships.
• Operational experience in financial crime compliance, AML, or cryptoasset risk management.
• Hands-on experience delivering or supporting compliance software implementations.
• Strong project coordination, structure, accountability, and task management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and client-facing deliverables.
• Experience in fast-paced product company or scale-up environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with blockchain forensic tools, crypto exchanges, or travel rule providers.
• Exposure to system integration or API-based technologies in compliance.
• Knowledge of FATF guidance, OFAC sanctions, or global VASP licensing.
