Accounting Manager

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits (different range for specific locations like Colorado: $105,000 - $130,000).

What you will do

• Develop and run timely monthly close processes.
• Manage treasury, monitor cash balances, and flag cash flow risks/opportunities.
• Prepare quarterly tax payments and filings with external advisors.
• Own bank reconciliations, accrued expenses, and prepaid expense management.
• Perform month-over-month flux/variance analysis.
• Maintain accounting documentation, checklists, and process guides in Notion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Previous Big 4 experience.
• 4–7+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles (GAAP) and finance operations.
• Experience driving month-end close processes.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.
• Experience documenting processes and using tools like Notion.
