What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year manufacturing strategy for avionics, including capacity models and tooling roadmaps.
• Own daily, weekly, and monthly production performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Lead major transformation initiatives such as scaling, automation, and ERP/MES evolution.
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure seamless production handoff from engineering.
• Oversee workmanship standards for soldering, harness build, and ESD/FOD control.
• Lead and develop supervisors, leads, and frontline technicians to build a culture of accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s (MBA/Engineering/Systems) preferred.
• 8–12+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing managers or multiple teams.
• Proven track record of scaling or transforming avionics production.
• Experience working with C-level leadership and managing departmental budgets and ROI.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (E-Verify required).
