What you will do

• Provide technical direction and leadership to a team of product engineers supporting production and development programs.
• Manage personnel matters including performance appraisals, hiring, and professional development.
• Initiate and maintain production assembly and test instructions, including ATP/PAT and engineering memos.
• Ensure product integrity by participating in Material Review Board (MRB) analysis and evaluating notices of escape.
• Facilitate design changes by redlining drawings and participating in Change Review Board (CRB) processes.
• Identify and implement improvements for producibility, quality, and first-pass yield.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related engineering discipline required.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant technical experience in electronics or related fields.
• Minimum 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Must be able to demonstrate an appropriate balance of engineering leadership and business acumen.
• Must be a U.S. person capable of accessing export-controlled information.
• Strong foundation in circuit theory analysis and electronics assembly/test processes.
