Clinical Care Navigator (Saturday to Wednesday; 11am-7pm EST)

Location: Remote (11am-7pm EST or equivalent in your time zone, e.g., 10pm-6pm CST; flexibility for shift changes and holidays)

Salary: $33.33 - $42.31 hourly

What you will do

• Provide clinical phone support including psychoeducation, active listening, and referrals for mental health, substance use, or relationship concerns.
• Assess risks, deliver crisis support, safety planning, and follow-up for high-risk members.
• Recommend and coordinate care plans with hirify.global therapists, coaches, physicians, or external resources.
• Offer after-hours support to members, leaders, and internal teams; handle email interactions and documentation.
• Follow protocols, problem-solve care barriers, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams like Provider Operations and Benefits.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, case consultations, onboarding, and mentoring new team members.

Requirements

• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist.
• Minimum 2+ years direct clinical care experience.
• Expertise in crisis assessment, safety planning, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused interventions.
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication with cultural awareness and empathy.
• Fully engaged without interruptions during shifts; able to multitask and context switch.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using various platforms and learning new systems.
