What you will do

• Define and maintain the overall quality strategy, including testing frameworks, quality gates, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead structured investigations into hardware failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Establish and monitor supplier performance and inspection plans for inbound inventory.
• Support returns triage and make disposition decisions.
• Publish quality dashboards and narratives for stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in hardware quality, reliability engineering, or manufacturing quality for devices and peripherals.
• Hands-on experience building test plans, validation protocols, and sampling plans.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware in the field, including networking basics and device OS logs.
• Proven track record with root cause analysis, CAPA/8D, and supplier management (audits, scorecards).
• Strong analytical skills to mine data from RMAs and support tickets.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.
