What you will do

• Own global QMS strategy, including quality data capabilities and predictive quality roadmaps.
• Oversee core QMS processes such as Document Control, Change Management, CAPA, and Quality Risk Management.
• Drive optimization and automation of QMS workflows using digital tools and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Establish enterprise-level quality data governance and deploy advanced metrics and dashboards.
• Partner with Data and IT teams to leverage machine learning and statistical models for improved quality outcomes.
• Build and lead a high-performing QMS team and champion a proactive, data-driven quality culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Quality.
• 3+ years of experience leading QMS with accountability for quality data, systems, and analytics.
• Experience implementing digital quality, advanced analytics, or Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of advanced analytics and statistical methods applied to quality.
• Must be based in the USA (New York City headquarters).
