What you will do

• Manage customer complaints with root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D and structured methods.
• Act as main interface for customer quality, translating requirements into internal actions and coordinating teams.
• Organize customer visits, audits, preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Collect, analyze quality data including measurements, reports, and lab results for investigations.
• Support new processes, projects, and continuous quality improvements.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Technical diploma or university degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• 5–10 years experience in Quality, preferably manufacturing or automotive.
• Knowledge of quality tools: SPC, MSA, PPAP, 8D.
• Ability to read technical drawings, use measuring instruments, understand materials and production processes.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel).
