What you will do

• Lead the Production Filling team in filling, lyophilization, and labeling operations to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Review and update manufacturing documentation and develop new documents as technological information evolves.
• Identify and implement process improvements and strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff, conducting regular coaching sessions and performance assessments.
• Manage financial planning, including budgeting and capital equipment justification.
• Ensure strict adherence to EHS, OSHA, GMP, and ISO safety and regulatory protocols.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Stillwater, Minnesota.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• 5+ years of production experience with demonstrated increase in responsibilities.
• Proven experience with OSHA regulations and working in cleanroom environments.
• H.S. Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Google Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience in life science or medical device fields with lyophilization knowledge.
• Knowledge of bottling and labeling machines.
• Familiarity with Immunoassays, reagent handling techniques, and LEAN methodologies.
