Salary: $73,000 - $100,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead the Production Filling team in filling, lyophilization, and labeling operations to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Review and update manufacturing documentation and develop new documents as technological information evolves.
- Identify and implement process improvements and strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff, conducting regular coaching sessions and performance assessments.
- Manage financial planning, including budgeting and capital equipment justification.
- Ensure strict adherence to EHS, OSHA, GMP, and ISO safety and regulatory protocols.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Stillwater, Minnesota.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
- 5+ years of production experience with demonstrated increase in responsibilities.
- Proven experience with OSHA regulations and working in cleanroom environments.
- H.S. Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Google Suite.
Nice to have
- Experience in life science or medical device fields with lyophilization knowledge.
- Knowledge of bottling and labeling machines.
- Familiarity with Immunoassays, reagent handling techniques, and LEAN methodologies.
