Salary: $86,900 – $93,500 /yr

What you will do

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day activities of the Division Operations Area, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Lead critical leadership functions including hiring, coaching, performance management, and annual reviews.
  • Manage bank metrics and KPIs (Quality, SLA, Efficiency) and communicate goals to the team.
  • Evaluate business issues and complaints to identify root causes and implement improvements.
  • Mentor team technicians and identify future leadership opportunities within the bench.
  • Prepare for and participate in ISO, FDA, and internal audits.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bloomington, MN
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, ideally across multi-functional teams.
  • Experience in a regulated environment (ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001, FDA QSR).
  • 3 years of experience in Order Management, Technical Support, Warehousing, or Manufacturing specifically with hearing instruments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Lean tools and Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
  • Knowledge of Lean Fundamentals & 5S.
