What you will do
- Manage supplier qualification and performance monitoring to ensure delivery of quality parts and services.
- Develop and execute auditing schedules to verify GMP and quality standards.
- Provide quality engineering support for New Product Development (NPD) lifecycles to prevent defects.
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver product acceptance sampling strategies and control plans.
- Define receiving inspection requirements and validate associated test methods.
- Perform statistical data analysis and Gage R&R studies to evaluate supplier mechanical measurement capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
- Knowledge of metrology, statistical analysis (Cpk, standard deviation), and measurement uncertainty.
- Proficiency in GD&T and Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility.
- Ability to travel up to 25% annually.
Nice to have
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
- Experience in component/materials development, reliability, or manufacturing processing.
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
