What you will do

• Manage supplier qualification and performance monitoring to ensure delivery of quality parts and services.
• Develop and execute auditing schedules to verify GMP and quality standards.
• Provide quality engineering support for New Product Development (NPD) lifecycles to prevent defects.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver product acceptance sampling strategies and control plans.
• Define receiving inspection requirements and validate associated test methods.
• Perform statistical data analysis and Gage R&R studies to evaluate supplier mechanical measurement capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Knowledge of metrology, statistical analysis (Cpk, standard deviation), and measurement uncertainty.
• Proficiency in GD&T and Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility.
• Ability to travel up to 25% annually.

Nice to have

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
• Experience in component/materials development, reliability, or manufacturing processing.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
