What you will do

• Supervise up to 20 QC Inspectors in Incoming Inspection and Final QA operations.
• Plan and organize daily work schedules to support production goals and monthly schedules cost-effectively.
• Develop and implement inspection procedures for components, sub-assemblies, and finished devices.
• Ensure all inspection activities are performed in accordance with established procedures and Quality System Regulations.
• Prepare timely reports on inspection results, including yield and defect identification.
• Assist engineers with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities for both internal and supplier processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulated environment (medical device experience preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience with direct supervision of personnel.
• Working knowledge of QSR and ISO regulations.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electronic test equipment.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chelmsford, MA.
