Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across industries.
- Answer daily client questions on plan administration, recordkeeping, payroll contributions, distributions, investments, audits, and reporting.
- Perform yearly compliance testing and annual valuations to meet IRS guidelines.
- Calculate projected and actual plan contributions using various allocation methods.
- Collaborate internally and externally to handle plan assets and ensure timely reporting.
- Review and interpret retirement plan documents, amendments, notices, and summary plan descriptions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in defined contribution plan administration with Third Party Administrator focus
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge including formulas
- Familiarity with retirement plan types: 401(k), 403(b), profit sharing, non-qualified, defined benefit
- Experience with retirement plan compliance testing (IRC §410(b), §401(a)(4), ADP/ACP, §414(s), §416)
- Ability to learn and use software packages; Relius Administration preferred
- ASPPA QKA or higher credential preferred
