What you will do

• Lead the development and growth of the data feeds business supporting Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Financial Services.
• Translate complex client business needs into technical solutions and multi-product commercial models.
• Conduct exploratory evaluations of transaction datasets to identify strengths and areas for product improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Data Science, and Engineering to deliver world-class data products.
• Manage high-impact technical partnerships and integrations with major platforms such as Meta, Google, and Amazon.
• Develop strategic plans for expanding the Total Addressable Market (TAM) of hirify.global's data feeds business.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital advertising or data businesses.
• Deep expertise in the data feeds ecosystem and hands-on experience with transaction data.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Python.
• Experience with identity and data connectivity platforms, cleanrooms, and privacy-preserving workflows (e.g., LiveRamp, Snowflake, InfoSum).
• Proven track record of managing technical teams and driving integrations from scoping to live deployment.
• Ability to articulate technical nuances and the value of solutions to senior executives.
