Account Provisioning Contractor (US Core Hours)

Location: NYC, hybrid preferred with 3 days per week in the office; remote possible for the right candidate. Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm ET.

Cybersecurity startup developing protection against AI-powered threats such as deepfakes, smishing, and voice scams.

What you will do

• Own account provisioning during the assigned shift and set up demo accounts for go-to-market teams.
• Resolve flagged account issues as they arise.
• Monitor the provisioning-issues channel during core hours and escalate issues appropriately.
• Use AI tools, including Claude-based asset-sourcing automation, to improve execution speed.
• Coordinate handoffs with morning and late-night contractors to maintain continuous coverage.

Requirements

• 4-year degree or current enrollment in a degree program.
• Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and technical aptitude.
• Ability to organise competing requests and prioritise under pressure.
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight.
• Curiosity about AI tools and interest in using them to improve work.
• Availability Monday–Friday from 10am to 6pm ET and ability to work in the United States or attend the NYC office as required.
