Salary: $134,500 - $215,000

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable distributed software systems for fulfillment process automation.
• Guide team members through the definition, design, and implementation of software functionality using agile methodologies.
• Promote code quality by providing feedback and collaborative solutions during code reviews.
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to define features, enhancements, and technical trade-offs.
• Lead technical delivery of projects and provide mentorship to existing team members.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Python.
• Proven success designing high-performance distributed systems or large-scale workflows.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models in collaboration with Data Science teams.
• Proficiency in Terraform and Jenkins.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of experience in a technical lead capacity.
• Experience with frontend technologies including React, Next.js, CSS3, and HTML5.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services (serverless computing, data processing, and storage).
• Prior experience in the e-commerce or retail sectors.
