GTM Operations Analyst

TL;DR

GTM Operations Analyst (HubSpot/CRM): Support and optimize systems, data, and workflows for go-to-market teams with an accent on CRM data hygiene, pipeline tracking, and reporting. Focus on maintaining HubSpot as the single source of truth, building dashboards, and generating insights for sales and customer success decisions.

Location: Soho, NYC (Onsite, 4-5 days a week).

Compensation: $75-90k and equity options.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day HubSpot management including data hygiene, pipeline tracking, and workflow maintenance
• Support Sales and Customer Success teams with accurate data, proper CRM usage, and streamlined processes
• Improve and optimize GTM workflows in HubSpot such as automation, properties, and reporting
• Build and maintain basic reports and dashboards in HubSpot and Looker
• Analyze data on customer growth, retention, and pipeline performance
• Create charts, visuals, and data-backed materials for sales and renewal conversations
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Data teams on operational and reporting needs

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in CRM administration, analytics, or revenue operations
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred), including data management, hygiene, and team support
• Strong attention to detail and interest in data and systems
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets
• Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
