Principal Systems Engineer

TL;DR

Principal Systems Engineer (Data & Analytics): Own and operate enterprise-grade IP-to-DUNS mapping pipelines with an accent on data ingestion, normalization, validation, enrichment, and quality control. Focus on combining internet-layer signals like BGP/ASN changes, DNS patterns, and OSINT sources to resolve entity attribution while maintaining stability and scalability.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end IP-to-DUNS mapping lifecycle including ingestion, normalization, validation, enrichment, quality control, and delivery.
• Produce high-quality IP-to-business attribution using internet signals and rules to resolve conflicts.
• Define and enforce data-quality standards for entity resolution aligned to DUNS outputs.
• Operate, monitor, and improve automated pipelines for IP attribution at scale.
• Maintain systems tracking IP block changes, BGP, ASN shifts, and related signals.
• Deploy and secure infrastructure on bare-metal, VPS, and Google Cloud Platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred
• 7+ years in cloud infrastructure, network/systems engineering, or adjacent.
• Experience with Terraform or IaC frameworks.
• Strong Python programming for resilient data pipelines; Go/Rust/Bash a plus.
• Strong SQL knowledge, preferably PostgreSQL.
• GCP workload deployment and operations.
• Knowledge of ASNs, BGP, DNS, routing, IP geolocation, and internet topology.
