What you will do

• Architect and automate database platform provisioning, configuration, and monitoring.
• Establish and maintain best practice standards for code quality, security, and infrastructure as code.
• Troubleshoot complex database systems and perform issue remediation.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver engineering project goals.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows for database deployments.
• Work with containerized platforms and REST APIs to enhance data consumption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience engineering for database engines like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• 10+ years of experience programming in Python or PowerShell.
• 7+ years of experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, etc.).
• 8+ years of experience with SQL/NoSQL and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• 5+ years of experience working with containerized platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Java, or C++.
