What you will do

• Prepare concept, design, development, and feasibility studies for complex engineering projects.
• Organize and execute the building, testing, and analysis of prototypes.
• Develop and document functional requirements and translate them into detailed design documents.
• Support supplier development and performance analysis in collaboration with supply specialists.
• Resolve technical problems by interfacing with Test and Evaluation, Service, and Plant personnel.
• Participate in proposal preparation and technical report writing.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering Program or a related field.
• Knowledge of product design and development from concept through to production.
• Strong analytical thinking and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives and prioritize effectively.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week in Mossville, IL.
