Senior CAE Engineer (Propulsion)

What you will do

• Lead the development, enhancement, and deployment of new CAE methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Act as the CAE lead for new and existing product design programs to support concept selection and design validation.
• Build high-quality Finite Element Analysis (FEA) models from CAD solids, including meshing and boundary condition setup.
• Execute root cause analysis and failure investigations by correlating simulation results with physical test data.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional design, test, and manufacturing teams.
• Create and maintain documentation for analysis workflows to ensure consistency across programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant hands-on experience with FEA-based CAE tools (e.g., ANSA, HyperMesh, Nastran, Abaqus, OptiStruct).
• Proven experience building and executing FEA models from CAD solid models.
• Strong understanding of mechanics, materials, and structural analysis fundamentals.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience supporting full lifecycle product development programs from concept to launch.
• Familiarity with optimization, DOE, and automation of CAE workflows.
• Experience refining models based on correlation with physical test data.
