Compensation: $90K - $110K

What you will do

• Build outbound pipeline for multiple roles, focusing on technical hiring (engineering, data, product) via LinkedIn, GitHub, and other channels.
• Write and send effective outbound messages, follow up consistently, and experiment with messaging and channels to boost response rates.
• Use AI tools to generate candidate lists, draft messaging, refine targeting, and build workflows that scale output without extra manual effort.
• Partner with recruiter and hiring managers to align on requirements, incorporate feedback, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Track sourcing metrics (outreach, responses, pipeline), own generation goals, and continuously improve funnel performance.

Requirements

• Experience sourcing for technical and non-technical roles with a track record of hitting pipeline goals.
• Comfort with outbound work, low response rates, ambiguity, fast-moving environments, and ownership of outcomes.
• Daily use of AI tools to boost speed, quality, or output in sourcing.
• Ability to source technical talent from limited signals and think in systems/workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience at an early-stage startup or in competitive markets like NYC.
• Familiarity with GitHub or other technical talent platforms.
• Built sourcing workflows or systems that improved efficiency.
