What you will do

• Build AI agents from scratch for content generation, campaign launches, and audience segmentation.
• Integrate AI APIs and LLMs with platforms like Workato, Zapier, and Clay to create production-grade solutions.
• Architect agentic infrastructure including skills, tools, memory, guardrails, and feedback loops.
• Design self-improving systems that monitor outputs and compound in quality over time.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Strategy teams to identify and automate high-impact GTM workflows.
• Pilot emerging AI tools and build reusable agent infrastructure for the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, GTM Operations, or Growth Engineering.
• Proven experience building and shipping multi-agent systems and automated workflows in production.
• Hands-on expertise with AI APIs, LLMs, and orchestration platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, n8n, Clay).
• Strong understanding of RAG, tool use, evals, observability, and structured outputs.
• Familiarity with GTM platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the San Francisco headquarters.
