Company
is leading the change toward a world with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions, and Zero Congestion.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end architecture for chassis motion control systems across embedded and virtual platforms, including interface ownership between domain ECUs and plant models.
- Define reusable, domain-agnostic SIL/CoSim architecture patterns and infrastructure services.
- Own SnA and system-physics plant-model infrastructure for L3 CoSim and integrate models into CI/CD pipelines.
- Own service/profile activation infrastructure and infra vECUs for SDV services across domains.
- Integrate supplier assets (FMUs, vECUs, AUTOSAR components) into CoSim and controllers, defining requirements and acceptance tests.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to drive cross-functional roadmaps and alignment across program teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years in control systems/software development with a strong emphasis on chassis and vehicle dynamics controls.
- In-depth knowledge of braking, steering, suspension, stability, and calibration to meet performance targets.
- Production-grade embedded software experience using C/C++ and model-based development (MATLAB/Simulink).
- Solid understanding of AUTOSAR (Classic/Adaptive) and ECU layering integration patterns.
- Strong experience with CoSim/SIL/HIL and vECU design/integration (e.g., dSPACE VEOS, ETAS vECU-Builder).
- Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice to have
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Control Systems, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
- Experience with advanced statistics, signal processing, optimization, and state estimation for vehicle systems.
- Demonstrated leadership in defining virtual integration strategies and architectural guidelines at a staff/architect level.
Culture & Benefits
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
- Paid time off, including vacation, holidays, and supplemental benefits for parental/adoption leave.
