What you will do

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of employer clients using a digital-first engagement model.
• Establish trusted relationships leveraging scalable programs such as campaigns, webinars, and in-app engagement.
• Develop tailored success plans and lifecycle touchpoints to identify critical success factors.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Partner with CS Ops and Analytics to monitor customer health and prioritize interventions.
• Create customer-facing resources and capture success stories to drive employer advocacy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2+ years of experience in B2B SMB or scaled customer success, account management, or sales.
• Proven track record of driving revenue through retention and expansion of existing customers.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using enterprise CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
