What you will do

• Provide support for exchange platforms, including on-call response and incident triaging.
• Isolate and resolve unplanned system outages to maintain platform availability.
• Collaborate with market operations, networking, and development teams.
• Improve operational processes for deployments and upgrades.
• Document findings to create repeatable and automatable actions.
• Manage nightly operations and enhance symptom-based monitoring and alerting.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in an operational support role with incident response.
• Proficiency in Linux administration and Bash scripting.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident tracking/ticketing systems.
• Location: Must be based in the US (preferred states include CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, KS, ME, MD, MI, NV, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, UT).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python.
• Prior experience in trading or stock exchange environments.
