TL;DR
Site Reliability Engineer (SRE/DevOps): Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and automation tooling to deliver resilient, high-availability systems for financial institutions with an accent on incident response, root-cause analysis, and reliability practices across the software development lifecycle. Focus on monitoring and performance tuning for real-time, low-latency applications while leveraging AI tooling to reduce manual operational effort.
Location: Denver, CO (hybrid — at least 3 days a week in-office)
Salary: $81,000 - $142,000 base pay range

What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and automation tooling to ensure reliability, scalability, and high availability.
- Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and lead root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement across distributed environments.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to embed reliability and DevOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Use AI tooling and automation to reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate delivery outcomes.
- Support real-time, low-latency applications while maintaining high standards in a client-focused, global environment.
Requirements
- Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3–7 years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a related discipline in Agile environments.
- Strong cloud infrastructure skills, including AWS and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Hands-on experience with containerization, configuration management, and scripting (Python, Bash, or Go).
- Solid understanding of Linux, monitoring tools, performance tuning, and automation practices.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, banking, exchanges, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with AI tooling and large language model integrations in operational workflows.
- Experience supporting global teams and working in complex, matrixed organizations.
