What you will do

• Educate and guide expecting and new families through pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery.
• Improve birth outcomes by providing continuous emotional and physical support to families.
• Deliver care through a blend of virtual telehealth and in-person visits.
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation using electronic systems.
• Engage with a peer community of hundreds of doulas for shared learning and support.

Requirements

• Completed certification or training as a birth and/or full spectrum doula.
• Proven experience in pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and postpartum care.
• Must be located in or serve specific Florida service areas (Lee, Sarasota, Okaloosa, Escambia, Miami-Dade, Hillsborough, Duval, or Brevard).
• Availability for virtual and in-person work, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and video conferencing tools.
• Required credentials: Medicaid Provider ID, NPI number, Adult & Infant CPR/First Aid certification, and personal liability insurance.
