What you will do

• Lead network installation field teams in the deployment of complex IT infrastructure and systems.
• Conduct detailed physical onsite network surveys to determine engineering solutions for assigned projects.
• Install and configure hardware, including service delivery nodes, cryptographic, MPLS, and optical equipment.
• Create technical documentation, including Visio drawings, site reports, and implementation plans.
• Perform troubleshooting and fault-isolation to ensure equipment functionality and acceptance.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Approximately 7.5 years of relevant experience in network installation and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to travel 90% of the time (CONUS and OCONUS).
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces (server closets, raised floors).
• Proficiency in developing site engineering documentation and using Visio for technical drawings.
