What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing processes and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and report defective components.
• Lead equipment and process improvements to support and maintain quality standards.
• Execute both preventative and corrective maintenance on high-speed packing equipment.
• Ensure workplace safety by following hirify.global’s Safety Policies and PPE requirements.
• Investigate accident and incident reports to reduce workplace risks.

Requirements

• Degree in Automation/Mechatronics Engineering, electrical/mechanical apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of electrical principles and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotics.
• Physical ability to lift 55 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs, with the capacity for standing/walking for 8+ hours.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Hunt Valley, MD.
• Availability to support a 3-shift operation, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
