What you will do

• Manage softlines categories including home, accessories, and shoes, specifically for partners in Canada.
• Adapt graphic assets, patterns, and packaging for Bluey softlines and hardlines to align with global trends and brand strategies.
• Contribute to the creative direction of regional trend guides, mini style kits, and seasonal toolkits.
• Oversee the product approval process to ensure correct asset application and uphold brand standards.
• Create presentation-ready inspiration boards for retail pitch meetings and perform industry trend research.
• Manage sample inventory and process inbound/outbound sample packages for executives and marketing events.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in the Softlines business.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Deep experience designing for preschool licensed assets for North American goods.
• Proven ability to adapt style guides to regional needs while maintaining brand integrity.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Location: Must be based in New York, USA

Nice to have

• Experience in the licensing or entertainment industry.
• Experience working with the Mediabox Product Approvals system or similar software.
• A portfolio demonstrating art and licensed design experience.
