What you will do

• Create and develop dynamic brand worlds, including logos, content, and color palettes, rooted in strategy.
• Collaborate across strategy, digital, and advertising disciplines to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across various touchpoints.
• Manage the full design lifecycle from initial sketching and conceptualization to the delivery of refined final assets.
• Partner closely with Design Leads, Design Directors, and Creative Directors to push creative boundaries and refine work.
• Experiment with new tools and technologies, including motion design and AI, to innovate brand world-building.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of graphic design experience within a creative or branding agency.
• Multidisciplinary portfolio that explicitly includes motion design work.
• Proficiency in standard design programs with a desire to learn 3D and animation tools.
• Excellent skills in typography, layout, and the use of color.
• Strong conceptual thinking and visual communication abilities to answer business needs.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
