What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and relationship managers to gather requirements and consult on custom treasury solutions.
• Design, configure, and validate customized solutions while evaluating risk, scalability, and long-term support.
• Provide comprehensive system training and education to customers during the onboarding process.
• Manage the transition of customers from the sales phase to implementation, ensuring a smooth handover.
• Act as a subject matter expert to suggest process improvements and update product checklists and materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience (or 5-7 years of general work-related experience).
• Knowledge of electronic bank products, delivery systems, and general banking operations.
• Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
• Proficiency in decision making, problem solving, and team building.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills for presenting complex information.
