What you will do
- Lead daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, and bank account administration.
- Oversee payment processing workflows (ACH, wire, lockbox) and ensure strong internal controls.
- Serve as the treasury lead for Workday implementation, configuration, and ongoing system optimization.
- Manage treasury integration activities for acquisitions, including onboarding new entities and migrating payment processes.
- Partner with FP&A and Accounting to improve cash flow forecasting accuracy and provide liquidity visibility.
- Drive automation initiatives to replace manual processes with scalable, system-based treasury solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in treasury management, payments, or cash operations.
- Proven experience leading large-scale system implementations, preferably Workday.
- Strong expertise in ACH, wire transfers, lockbox, and fraud prevention tools.
- Demonstrated success in driving automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) certification.
- Prior experience in bank operations.
