What you will do

• Define, refine, and automate company processes to improve overall efficiency, safety, and security.
• Establish and promote common technical standards across all products.
• Develop technical prototypes to evaluate and validate potential solutions.
• Conduct research to resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to guide the implementation of standards.
• Advocate for technology and innovation both internally and within the wider community.

Requirements

• Proven track record of designing high-availability, high-volume SaaS products.
• Deep understanding of enterprise build and deployment architectures.
• Expertise in at least one language: ECMAScript, Java, Go, C#, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes for Cloud Native applications.
• Proficiency in CI/CD best practices and secrets management (e.g., HashiCorp Vault).
• Knowledge of Message Queue systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and NoSQL solutions (Cassandra, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch).
