What you will do

• Own the architecture and evolution of the internal developer platform including Kubernetes, monitoring, secrets management, and delivery infrastructure.
• Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant platform components using production-quality Go and Python code.
• Develop self-service infrastructure capabilities via Terraform modules, Helm charts, and platform APIs.
• Manage the platform's security posture, ensuring SOC 2 Type II compliance and implementing zero-trust principles.
• Integrate AI-assisted tooling into platform workflows to enhance engineering productivity.
• Lead technical direction, set architectural standards, and mentor engineers through code and design reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering, with 3+ years in a senior or staff-level role.
• Strong software engineering skills in Go and/or Python for building platform services.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes (managed and bare-metal) and Terraform at scale.
• Experience with major cloud providers (GCP, OCI, AWS, or Azure) and bare-metal infrastructure.
• Proficiency with observability stacks (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Loki) and delivery tooling (ArgoCD).
• English: B2 minimum required.
