What you will do

• Resolve infrastructure service requests and implement customer-focused improvements.
• Monitor and tune application infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and resource utilization.
• Develop technical solutions to automate business operations and internal processes.
• Support releases, enhancements, and upgrades across non-production and production environments.
• Collaborate with global Cloud teams to maintain workflow continuity across support zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a CloudOps or DevOps role.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or IBM.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting (e.g., Python).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and virtualization.
• English: B2 level or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with enterprise databases.
• Knowledge of core networking concepts, including DNS, VPN, and IP space.
• Experience with log management and service monitoring tools.
