What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with developers
• Improve infrastructure toward container orchestration with Kubernetes
• Maintain and optimize Debian-based Linux systems for high availability
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment workflows
• Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and incident response
• Architect low-latency streaming pipelines for Speech-to-Speech interactions
• Host specialized AI tooling like MCP servers, vector stores, and QA modules

Requirements

• Strong Linux administration on Debian-based systems
• Hands-on Kubernetes in production and cloud-native architectures
• Networking fundamentals: subnetting, routing, BGP
• CI/CD, infrastructure automation (Terraform, ArgoCD, Helm)
• Scripting in Bash, Python; troubleshooting distributed systems
• Monitoring: Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Jaeger
• Security best practices: OAuth, Vault, Ansible-vault
