What you will do

• Lead day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of WordPress website
• Improve UX and visual design in partnership with stakeholders
• Own A/B testing, personalization, SEO strategy, and GEO for AI search
• Track conversions using HubSpot, Salesforce, Qualified; run CRO experiments
• Create dashboards and reports with GA4, Looker Studio on traffic, engagement, KPIs
• Collaborate with content, sales, demand gen to align site with business goals

Requirements

• 4–6 years in web-focused marketing role
• Hands-on with WordPress, HubSpot, GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Salesforce, SEMrush
• Strong SEO, technical SEO, AI search best practices (GEO)
• Website project management, UX/UI improvements, CRO experience
• US work authorization required; no sponsorship
