What you will do

• Lead end-to-end email campaign execution, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
• Develop and troubleshoot HTML/CSS for mobile-first responsive emails with AmpScript dynamic content.
• Design A/B testing strategies, analyze performance against benchmarks, and present recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with digital stakeholders using Jira to manage complex campaign calendars.
• Track campaigns via Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, ensuring CAN-SPAM, GDPR compliance.
• Leverage tools like Litmus or MovableInk for rendering consistency and innovative experiences.

Requirements

• Solid HTML/CSS expertise for email development.
• Advanced AmpScript or similar personalization language proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ESPs, highly preferring Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Analytical skills in email testing, optimization, GTM/GA tagging, SQL as advantage.
• Proficiency in Jira or similar for project management and tight deadlines.
• Strong presentation skills for executive stakeholders.
