What you will do

• Review processed claims to identify valid provider disputes
• Create and assign dispute cases in EPIC to specialists
• Coordinate intake, tracking, prioritization, and distribution of disputes, appeals, and correspondence
• Maintain records, ensure timely routing, and prepare materials for appeal reviews
• Generate reports, manage filing systems, and navigate healthcare systems like Facets and Jiva
• Assist with administrative tasks, follow-ups, and office inventory

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years in medical or insurance office setting with claims processing or provider services experience
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Attention to detail for data entry and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle sensitive information per privacy regulations
