What you will do

• Manage and optimize security tools including SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management systems.
• Monitor, analyze, and triage security events and logs to identify and mitigate threats.
• Lead incident response activities, including containment, recovery, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement DevSecOps and shift-left security within CI/CD pipelines.
• Administer IAM systems to enforce least privilege, segregation of duties, and periodic access reviews.
• Develop security metrics and reporting dashboards to provide visibility for leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid model in Barcelona, Spain.
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior technology security role.
• Deep understanding of cloud security concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
• Strong skills in incident response, forensics, and log analysis.
