Senior Red Team Operator (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead advanced, long-term red team engagements mirrorhirify.global top-tier intelligence-led exercises.
• Execute the full attack lifecycle from initial access to data exfiltration across on-premise, cloud (Azure, GCP), and hybrid environments.
• Build, operate, and customize bespoke command-and-control (C2) infrastructure.
• Partner with the SOC and defensive teams in purple team exercises to improve detection rules and playbooks.
• Develop custom implants and loaders in C++, C#, or Go to bypass EDR and application allow-listhirify.global.
• Author comprehensive narrative reports translathirify.global technical findhirify.globals into actionable recommendations for executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a dedicated red team role.
• Strong development skills in low-level languages (C++, C#, Go, or Rust) and scripthirify.global (Python, PowerShell).
• Deep experience attackhirify.global Active Directory and major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Proven ability to conduct covert, objective-driven operations with a strong OPSEC mindset.
• English: C1 (Fluent) required both verbally and in writhirify.global.

Nice to have

• Advanced offensive security certifications such as OSEP, OSCE/OSEE, CREST CCSAS, GXPN, or CRTO.
