Salary: $143,000 – $187,000 OTE

Early-stage company building a mental health program for kids that collaborates directly with school staff and districts.
What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for state agency program directors, behavioral health leads, and operational staff.
- Develop and own implementation plans and district prioritization frameworks to scale growth against contract timelines.
- Track key performance metrics including utilization, district activation, and contract milestone attainment.
- Coordinate across internal teams to resolve compliance, credentialing, and regulatory hurdles.
- Partner with Government Relations teams to ensure renewal readiness and identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years in customer success or strategic account management, with meaningful experience in government or the public sector.
- Proven track record of building trusted relationships with state or government agency operational leads and program officers.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder account plans and navigate bureaucratic dynamics.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
- Ability to travel approximately 40% to support state agency and district engagement.
Nice to have
- Experience in K–12 education, healthcare, or direct service businesses.
- Familiarity with braided funding models (state contracts, Medicaid, grants).
- Experience with state procurement processes and compliance.
- Proficiency with ChurnZero, Gainsight, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
