What you will do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain PC operating systems, including legacy DOS and modern Windows platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues in a timely manner.
• Support basic networking functions, including IP configuration and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Configure and troubleshoot email systems using standard protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3).
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls via Active Directory.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance or higher is required.
• Experience supporting PC operating systems, including legacy environments (DOS) and Windows.
• Solid understanding of networking and email standards.
• Must be able to work on-site at Joint Base Andrews, MD.
