What you will do

• Perform hands-on Magento development: configuration, enhancements, bug fixes
• Support front-end and back-end improvements: themes, modules, extensions
• Troubleshoot performance issues, errors, and functionality
• Review and validate external vendor code before deployment
• Manage external development partners, define scopes, timelines, and roadmaps
• Oversee testing, QA, staging, production deployments, and documentation
• Evaluate architecture for scalability, recommend upgrades and integrations

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Magento (Adobe Commerce or Open Source)
• Experience managing external development teams or vendors
• Ability to review and validate code and technical implementations
• Understanding of Magento architecture, extensions, integrations
• Familiarity with APIs and third-party eCommerce integrations
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to balance development with technical leadership
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teams
