What you will do

• Build and manage senior client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and trust.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of hirify.global Dimension experts, overseeing career development and recruitment.
• Own project profitability, quality, and delivery excellence for complex consulting engagements.
• Drive revenue generation by selling professional services and shaping high-value service offerings.
• Collaborate with the EMEA leadership team to execute the services strategy within the Middle East & Africa region.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of asset management or asset owner operations and processes.
• Proven experience delivering complex transformation programs in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Track record of leading and developing talent, including performance and compensation management.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
