What you will do

• Own ML-driven product features from identification and modeling through to deployment and impact analysis.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to define success metrics and identify ML-solvable problems.
• Design and build scalable ML systems, including data pipelines and production model serving infrastructure.
• Prototype rapidly and develop repeatable evaluation frameworks to iterate on model performance.
• Shape ML architecture and MLOps practices for experimentation, monitoring, and retraining at scale.
• Drive innovation in Generative AI by exploring LLMs and agents for new user experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building scaled ML systems or training large ML models.
• 1+ year of specific AI engineering experience.
• Strong technical proficiency in coding, testing, and building for scale.
• Solid knowledge of ML theory and the AI application stack, specifically foundation models.
• High sense of ownership and ability to deliver impact in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
